Chuck Bongiovanni

Co-Founder & CEO

Chuck Bongiovanni is an entrepreneur, author, franchising executive, and public servant whose career has been dedicated to helping families, building businesses, and creating innovative solutions within the senior living industry. As Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Majestic Residences Franchise Systems, Chuck is leading a national movement to elevate residential assisted living through technology, branding, operational excellence, and compassionate care. Under his leadership, Majestic Residences has expanded across the United States and internationally while continuing its mission of helping independent residential care homes compete with the nation’s largest assisted living providers.

Prior to founding Majestic Residences, Chuck founded CarePatrol Franchise Systems, which grew into the largest senior placement franchise in the United States. Drawing upon his background as a medical social worker, he helped pioneer the senior placement industry and personally contributed to placing more than 100,000 seniors into quality assisted living communities and residential care homes throughout the country. During his leadership, CarePatrol earned more than 50 franchise industry awards, including recognition in the Franchisee Satisfaction Hall of Fame and honors from Franchise Business Review and Inc. Magazine.

Chuck is widely recognized as an expert in franchising, healthcare marketing, and senior housing. A Certified Franchise Executive (CFE), he has spent more than three decades building businesses that combine purpose with profitability. He has authored numerous books, training programs, and educational resources for entrepreneurs and franchise owners, while mentoring hundreds of business owners on leadership, operations, marketing, and business growth.

In 2026, Chuck led the acquisition of Avendelle Senior Living, significantly expanding Majestic Residences’ national footprint and strengthening its position as one of the leading residential assisted living franchise organizations in North America. The acquisition reflects his long-term vision of creating a nationally recognized brand that combines personalized care with professional business systems.

Beyond business, Chuck has devoted much of his career to advancing the senior care profession. He served as Founder and Past President of the National Placement and Referral Alliance, the industry’s national trade association, and has spoken at more than 75 regional and national healthcare conferences on topics including patient choice, hospital readmissions, senior housing, healthcare innovation, and franchising. His work earned him the Hospital Readmission Innovation Award and established him as one of the industry’s most respected voices.

Chuck also serves as Vice Mayor of Gilbert, Arizona, one of the nation’s largest municipalities. As an elected leader, he has championed fiscal responsibility, public safety, water sustainability, economic development, and government transparency. His approach to public service reflects the same philosophy that has guided his business career: solve problems through data, thoughtful leadership, long-term planning, and collaboration rather than politics.

Throughout his entrepreneurial journey, Chuck has founded, acquired, or helped build multiple successful companies while remaining committed to servant leadership. He believes that exceptional organizations are built by investing in people, maintaining uncompromising integrity, and never losing sight of the families and communities they serve.

Whether speaking to entrepreneurs, franchisees, healthcare professionals, or civic organizations, Chuck’s message remains consistent: success is created by charging into challenges, embracing innovation, and building organizations that leave a lasting positive impact on others.
